Really impressed. The fermentation should be about half way done by now and I had to do a hydrometer measurement. The Plaato says 1.038, and the hydrometer… i would say 1.038. :) Spot on. To be honest I thought there would be at least some difference. The temp isnt right, since I use an external thermostat with the probe isolated against the bucket. But the SG is really spot on.
