This will be interresting. Instead of doing an ordinary starter of the kveik I decided to to a small batch of extract beer and harvest the yeast. This is a Coopers diy kit that I just changed the yeast to Ebbegarden kveik and added some light dme. At least I will have enough kveik afterwards to share with my brewing friends. Who knows, the beer might be drinkable. And yes. I did the kveik-scream, or bröl as the nowegians seem to say.
