An improvised sous vide cooking of a great piece of sirloin steak today. Just when I was going to get everything running, I remembered that the controlpanel isn’t working yet. Still under conversion to 3-phase. So I am now testing out the new immersion heater from ebay. 3kW with an internat thermostat.
