The homebrew gathering in Norrköping is over and I am now on the bus to the airport. This is some Kveik (a norwegian yeast) that the brewtuber Espen (@oltid_youtube ) gave me. This is what I understand a monster yeast that ferments like crazy and ferments damn fast. Can’t wait to try them out. Three different yeaststrains in three vessels.
