The fermentation seems to be almost over now. Very few bubbles now. 10 days since I pitched the yeast (US-05) to the fermenter at 18 degrees celcius. The ladt days I ramped the temp up to 22 degrees. Itlooks like it is going to go down to fg 1.012 and a part of the batch will have 1,5l cloudberry puree added to it.
