Not very happy with the pH meter. I guess they are cheap for a reason. Somehow I don’t trust the readings. Not even when letting the wort cool down first. It takes forever for the value to stabilize, and when calibrating at pH 4.01 the higher calibration fluids doesn’t mach, and vice versa. . .
